Devices From Wrath Guard2nd Device from Wrath Guard
Step forward with the right foot and send sword over head using Verscheiben handwork to catch opponent's weapon. Step with the left foot and wind the short edge at the opponent's ear which he then swipes away in defense. having failed with the winden you then step with the right foot and close weapons to Kron position and raise opponent up, wrench him to your right and instantly cut a Flugelhau/wing strike from your lower left, he defends this but your real intention is to strike again quickly with the Thwart from your right side. Step back and cut a clearing withdrawal strike (both fighters) Note: last two steps are dependant on the proximity of the opponent, the only explicitly described step in this device is the first step with the Verscheiben handwork, the following steps are understood through the common sense of using the devices and feeling the lack of power without a step at the right moment. Opponent should step back with each response by the guy doing verscheiben part.
Devices from Schlussel1st Device from Schlussel
Thrust at the opponent and depending on which way he parries your thrust go around your head to strike at his ear on the opposite side he parried you, but do not strikew here, instead as he parries your counter roll off the strike by pushing the pommel under your arm and strike back to the other side of his head with a step. Note: This can be done also without the failing/change around strike depending on the skill of the opponent. Note also that this devices is all about pure INDES, do not try to second guess which way your opponent will parry you, instead allow him to choose where you strike.
